Our Shipping Policy:

We hand make all items you order. This process can take up to 5-7 business days, although very unlikely. Please mention in the order comments if you need your order by a certain deadline.

All orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate or Priority Mail depending on what is chosen at checkout by the customer.

 

Our Return & Exchange Policy:

We understand sometimes thing turn out differently in person than online. Spirit Lala is here to help and make sure you have whatever your heart desires. With that being said, we do not offer credit or debit refunds due to the nature of us being a small business. We appreciate your understanding!

Customers may return any unused, unworn items within 14 days of purchase. The return must be accompanied by original, or gift receipt and customer will receive an online credit to their account. Items will not be returned if the item has been worn or damaged. No cash, credit, Paypal, or debit card refunds will be issued. All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

To process a return please email info@spiritlala.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.

Items purchased online, that are available for return, may be returned in store or by mail to the return address listed below at customer's expense.

*ALL clearance items are Final Sale and are not returnable, refundable or adjustable for any reason.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, or are missing an item from your order, you must us within 3 business days of the package’s original delivery.
